Description

The seven luxurious villas in the famous resort of Lefkada Greek, try to create residences with an emphasis of local wood and stone architecture, to provide comfort, to show beauty of the landscape, tranquility and uniqueness of each villa separately.

There are five villas, each of which is located in a different level with its own pool, parking, balcony and courtyard, air condionat, TV, fully equipped kitchen. They are also useful for people with special needs.

Lefkada Villa 2 has an area of 39 sq.m. and can accommodate 2-3 people.
Lefkada Lefkada villas and 3 have a surface of 60 square meters each and can accommodate 2-5 persons each.
Villas Lefkada Lefkada 4 and 5 are 80 square meters each and can accommodate between 2-6 people each.
Pets are welcome.
Landscapes and views of each villa are different and unique in part due to their settlement on several levels. Therefore, due to the height at which the seven villas are built, you can see the valley of Vassiliki, Saint Peter, Sivro and mountains of Lefkas. It is located in the forest and is surrounded by natural vegetation and olive trees.

The resort consists of the seven cottages is surrounded by a local road that reaches Vassiliki pate in about two minutes and two other rural roads that can reach and Kondarena Vournika.
There are several routes that visitors can choose. Marantohori route to the lagoon which is unique, the way to Monastery of Saint John Rodaki, prehistoric cave Evgiro and Amousso Bay, great beach and Agiofili. Also, visitors can take the route to the mountains to see the barns Kondarena and to Sivro (waterfalls) in order to visit old family homes in Sparta Tsarlaba, Vasiliki, Ponti, head Nira Nikola Monastery, etc. ..

The nearest village is Vassiliki and Kondarena, 2 and 8-10 minute drive away, where you can find and Market turntable. Vassiliki is also near the resort a unique place for lovers of windsurfing.
